All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.
Return Requests (Switzerland Only)
For orders within Switzerland, if you need to arrange a return, please contact us first. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate where possible.
